Opened in April 2021, the Westborough campus serves as the Americas headquarters for Olympus’ medical business and the global headquarters for its Therapeutic Solutions Division. Event participants had the opportunity to tour the Olympus OR Innovation Center, a fully integrated operating room showroom, and Continuum Training and Education Center with wetlab, where hands-on learning opportunities can help healthcare providers strengthen procedural skills, enhance outcomes, and uphold the highest levels of patient care. Touring dignitaries reported being impressed with the amenity-rich office setting, with onsite café, fitness center, health rooms, mother’s rooms, full service day care center, walking paths, locker rooms and access to biking trails.

“Quality workplace offerings are important during a tight labor market,” said Paul Joseph, Chair of Natick Select Board. “The workforce development initiatives, world-class companies, universities bringing us talent streams – these are all converging at a place like this Olympus facility. And this will translate to unbeatable value for the economy and the community.”
